These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the 12jit platform and its user (hereinafter "Member"). By accessing the 12jit website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

It is the member's responsibility to keep their password and login details completely confidential. Sharing account details with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 12jit support immediately.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

12jit may request identity verification (KYC) documents to process withdrawals or for transactions above a certain limit. A copy of a national ID card or passport and proof of address may be required.

The 12jit platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.

• At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are over 21 years of age.
• If any member is found to be a minor, the account will be closed immediately and all balances and winnings will be forfeited.
• 12jit reserves the right to confirm age during the identity verification process.
• A request to parents — please prevent minors from accessing online gaming sites and activate parental controls.

Additionally, residents of regions where online gaming is completely prohibited by local law are not eligible to use this platform.

12jit offers bonus deals for its members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and get ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳16,000 and the bonus is ৳15,000 → total balance ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from a bonus must meet a 25x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus.

• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be used only once.
• Bonuses are provided for genuine gaming purposes only — accounts may be closed on suspicion of bonus abuse.
• 12jit reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• Attempting to withdraw before bonus terms are met will result in the bonus and any winnings from it being forfeited.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

• Attempting to steal or access another member's account details.

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately, the balance will be forfeited, and law enforcement may be notified if necessary.

10.1 Funds After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the bonus balance and related winnings may be forfeited. However, whether the original funds deposited legitimately are returned depends on the outcome of the investigation.

12jit accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss caused by a member's own negligence or unauthorized use of their account.
• Gameplay disruption due to internet disconnection or third-party technical issues.
• Game results affected by unexpected technical errors (in such cases, the bet will be refunded).
• A member's violation of local laws as a result of using the platform.
